In the small chance there is an issue/defect with your product, we will happily replace it for you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product for an exchange.

Canada Post has been experiencing delays & is not guaranteeing any shipping times right now. In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, we do not offer tracking on standard shipping. There is an option to upgrade to express shipping which will include tracking.

Gua Shas 

Due to the delicate nature of natural gemstones, our gua shas are fragile and should be handled with care. We have created a protective pouch designed to protect your stone when not using it, which we highly recommend. We choose to only source natural gemstone as other facial tools on the market come with resin filler which is highly flammable & toxic on the skin.

Our scrunchies are made using a spiral hair tie beneath premium fabric. Due to the nature of the coil, it stretches with use. We recommend chucking your scrunchies in your dryer on delicate, the heat will shrink your scrunchie back to original size!
